PLANNING
According to the agreed requirements during the consultancy, our experts’ team prepares a proposal. It contains conceptual layout drawings with integrated laboratory furniture, a utilities distribution concept, a safety concept, extraction and chemical waste, gas chromatography, the physical lab, the fabrication lab and further gadgets. This placement of each area of the laboratory is going to support an optimized workflow.
ENGINEERING
The centre piece of a laboratory is to provide a safe environment and all required utilities to run dedicated analytical instruments at highest efficiency. We do not simply place the instruments into a building, we design an optimized functional building around the instruments. We utilize our internal data base covering electrical load, gases, instrument air, weight, dimensions and other data of a huge amount of analytical instruments. This data base is kept up-to-date in strong collaboration with various manufacturers.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
We control our projects with professional project management tools like Primavera or Microsoft Project. On request we implement any software required to meet the clients’ needs.
PROCUREMENT
Inventis Technosys takes care of complete Procurement and Delivery of the Analytical Packages:
- Clarification of all technical details and configurations with the manufacturers
- Incoming Inspection at INVENTIS TECHNOSYS site (visual as well as functional tests wherever possible)
- Interim storage until the site is ready for installation
- Up-to-date-reports for our client and a flexible handling
LOGISTICS
INVENTIS TECHNOSYS arranges and supervises a comprehensive and individual logistical package:
- Tagging and marking of each item
- Follow-up and tracking of each box and container in order to deliver each instrument to its dedicated building, storey, room and bench
- Proper packing for Sea / Air Freight as per international standards
- Delivery to customer site incl. insurance
- Customs clearance including all required export / import documentation
- Storage at customer site on demand
During the entire process the INVENTIS TECHNOSYS Team will manage everything and keep you updated. Our extended Service is the easiest and best way for our clients to achieve a successful Project with just one single partner.
CONSTRUCTION
During construction phase we install a site office and a local project team, led by the INVENTIS TECHNOSYSResident Site Engineer to provide gapless support for our client:
- Follow-up and speed up on the progress of the project
- Arrangement and coordination of all logistical requirements for importation
- Administration required for the construction site including local permits and import
COMMISSIONING
Installation and commissioning of the Analytical Instruments and Laboratory equipment at site will be arranged through Inventis Technosys Specialists and manufacturers’ representatives. For each instrument a commissioning report will be compiled to be signed by the INVENTIS TECHNOSYS representative and the customer.
BUILDING
As per customers’ requirements we design functional plant laboratories up to prestigious technology centres. In cooperation with architects and building enterprises on site, we realize your individual Laboratory meeting international standards and local requirements.
ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES
We develop architectural drawings considering the functionality of the lab, international and national standards and building codes. On individual request we prepare conceptual designs or fully detailed sets of drawings of IFC (Issued for Construction) quality.
CONSTRUCTION
We offer complete construction services in collaboration with local construction companies. Our partners are experienced and specialized in laboratory building which ensures that all requirements are met during construction phase. We can provide a long lasting, trouble-free base for your laboratory.
FURNITURE
For the design of the furniture layout we use state of the art CAD tools, placing the furniture directly into the architectural drawings of the building for a trouble-free design. For an optimal adjustment of the furniture and the extraction system, gas pipeline and electrical supply, we prepare our design in 3D animations. We have established a long-term partnership for own in house OEM manufacturing specialized in Integrated Laboratory Furniture Systems, which guarantees a flexible and high qualitative realization of our client’s request.
UTILITIES & SERVICES
Each instrument installed at site is carefully checked for its utilities requirements. We design a modular utilities distribution system, invisibly integrated in the laboratory furniture and false ceiling, easy to maintain and easy to extend on demand.
