Jurisdiction

• All our works, goods and services as applicable are covered through a standard company policy for the supply, commissioning and handover, until and unless a separate MOU or terms and conditions are signed and agreed mutually against any or all contract or purchase orders.
• However, without any prejudice, the jurisdiction is under the Honourable court of district SAS Nagar.
• Any dispute or the difference are encouraged to be settled mutually for the benefit of both the parties.
• If any dispute or differences are not settled mutually, the sole jurisdiction on all contracts or purchase orders before or after the execution or during the DLP/Warranty lies only with the Honourable Court of District SAS Nagar.
